        The name say’s it all in this gooey concoction. It is served with grilled French bread.

         This Cajun classic is made with beautiful shrimp in a classic New Orleans BBQ sauce. French toast points for soppin.
The Dude Quesadilla
        Seasoned chicken with cheddar and Monterey jack cheese, scallion, bacon, and tomatoes. Served with our garlic ranch dressing.

The Crunchy House Salad
Quinoa, kale, and romaine blend, with roasted chicken, toasted pecans, feta cheese, pickled red onions, dried cranberries, roasted red peppers, hard boiled egg, and bacon. Tossed in a house vinaigrette.Â

Fresh Romaine with pickled red onions, croutons, and roasted chicken. Tossed in our house made Caesar dressing.Â

The Smokehouse Turkey
        A house brined turkey breast that is slow roasted and sliced. The turkey is placed on grilled artisan sourdough bread with Havarti cheese, arugula, pistachio pesto, tomatoes, and caramelized onions.

Gabriel’s Cubano
        Brined pork butt slow roasted and pulled apart. It placed on a Cuban roll with deli mustard sauce, ham, provolone cheese and pickles.Â

Pork Belly Club
        We smoke this succulent pork belly after it has been brined for two days. It is then grilled and placed on thick sliced wheat berry bread with maple mayonnaise, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, caramelized onions and smoked gouda cheese. Â

The Funky Chicken Salad
        Not your mothers chicken salad. We slow roast our chicken and pull it off the bone. It is then tossed with mustard, mayonnaise, dried and fresh fruit, onions, celery, nuts, and seasonings. Place on a fresh brioche bun.Â

New York Deli Pastrami
        This deli staple is brined for two weeks and topped with herbs and seasonings. We then smoke it for 7 hours until it is cooked to perfection. It is then sliced thin, cooked on a grill with its own au jus, topped with provolone cheese and placed between your choice of Rye bread or a Cuban roll. Served with a brown mustard.  (due to the extensive time it takes to prepare this item it may not always be available)

The Herb Shrimp Po Boy
        Our take on this New Orleans classic. Five marinated fresh large gulf shrimp that are sautéed and place in a French roll with lettuce, tomatoes, and a remoulade sauce.Â

        House made Italian meatballs simmered in meat sauce and place on a grilled French roll with provolone cheese, caramelized onions, and our house ranch dressing.Â
