The appetizer menu allows you to choose up to three choices when it is in conjunction with a meal. If it is as the meal the  you get four choices. All appetizers are made in house.  Prices per person determined by market cost at time of event.




We grind our own burger for the freshest possible meatball. They are seasoned and slow baked.

 BBQ, Sweet and Sour Sauce, and Marinara.


Chicken Wings (bone in or boneless)

Deep fried in lard and tossed in the following sauces. All sauces are house made.

BBQ, Teriyaki, Plum, Asian, Asian BBQ, Hot Sauce, Mustard, Sweet n Tangy.


Crab Rangoon

House made and deep fried. Served with Sweet n Sour sauce.


Toasted Ravioli

Hand Breaded and served with marinara.


Dollar Sandwiches/Mini Subs

Ham, Turkey, Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, or Grinders.


Caramelized Onion Tortilla

Twelve tortillas that are spread with a caramelized onion spread. It is then charbroiled and served with more of the spread. It is fantastic.



Differing flavors of humus served with artisan bread.


Smoked Chicken Wings

The fresh wings are seasoned and marinated for twenty-four hours. They are then slow smoked until done. Served with Blue Goo.


Relish Tray

Fresh vegetables served with house made ranch dressing.


Fruit Display

Fresh fruit and local when possible.


Tandoori Chicken

Seasoned fresh chicken that has been marinated in tandoori seasonings and served with a peanut sauce.


Coconut Chicken Satay

Coconut encrusted fresh chicken that has been marinated and charbroiled. Served with peanut sauce.


Bana Cada

Steeped anchovies and garlic in butter that is finished with cream. Served with French bread.


Thai Pork Loin

Thin strips of pork loin marinated in a sweet Thai sauce. Placed on skewers and charbroiled. Served with peanut sauce.


Shrimp or Chicken Croquettes

An old fashioned treat made with fresh shrimp or chicken and deep fried.


Spicy Meat Turnovers

Dough filled a spicy house made meat filling.


Stuffed Mushrooms: Spanish, Seafood or Italian

You choose from one of our house made stuffing’s.

The Italian is made with Italian sausage, parmesan, onion, and mushrooms.

The seafood is made with crab, shrimp, parmesan, onion, bread crumbs, and gouda cheese.

The Spanish is made with chorizo, onions, bread crumbs, queso fresca, and roasted peppers. 


Shepherd Pie Balls

This English classic is breaded and deep fried. Served with a tomato jam.


Bang Bang Shrimp

Gulf shrimp dredged in seasoned flour and sautéed in butter. Tossed in a spicy Thai sauce with coconut rum. Topped with scallions.

Differing vegetables that are marinated in garlic and olive oil. Roasted over an open flame. Chilled, and tossed in a roasted garlic olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
