All sandwiches can be made into wraps. They may also be halved and come with a cup of soup.
The Food Dude Truck is available for all types of parties. There is a 150.00 set up fee and the minimum person count is 50.
Everything offered is sold ala cart and the billing at the end of the event will reflect this.
Artisan Turkey Sammy
We start with a house brined turkey breast and then slow roast it. It is then sliced, grilled, and placed on tomato basil bread with Havarti cheese, arugula, tomato, caramelized onions, avocado, and pistachio pesto.
Pork Belly Club
A house brined pork belly that is smoked for hours. It is sliced thick and grilled. From there it is topped with a maple mayonnaise, arugula, tomato, caramelized onions, and grilled thick sliced wheat bread.
We begin with a brined pork roast and slow roast it. It is then placed on a Cuban roll with stone ground mustard, garlic/chili aioli, bread and butter pickles, honey ham, and provolone cheese. The sandwich is grilled on both sides and served with ranch dipping sauce.
A roast beef marinated and roasted for over twelve hours. It is then served on a baguette with provolone cheese and the whole sandwich is dipped in the roasting au jus.
Food Dude Chicken Salad Club
Brined chicken slow roasted. It is tossed with almonds, grapes, dried fruit, onions, celery, apple smoked bacon, herbs, seasonings, and mayonnaise. It is served on a grilled tomato basil bread with arugula, tomato jam, and avocado.
A whole seasoned flank steak charbroiled. Sliced thin and topped with caramelized onion spread, cilantro cream sauce, cilantro, and arugula. Served on French baguette.
Pappy's Louisiana Poorboy
Shrimp marinated in fresh herbs and grilled to perfection. Place on a artisan French roll with more of the marinade poured over them with smoked Gouda cheese and house salad.
Macaroni and Cheese
An adult version of this childhood classic. There are five cheeses with cream, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, apple cured bacon, butter, herbs, and seasonings in this creamy cheese sauce. We then bake it off with toasted bread crumbs and top it with chives.
Mixed greens with pickled onions, queso fresca, bacon, artichoke hearts, croutons, toasted quinoa, and roasted chicken. Tossed in house made shallot vinaigrette.
